Delivery Coverage and Estimated Time

1. Standard Delivery (Domestic US)

• Delivery Area: All states within the continental United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories).

• Delivery Time: Orders will be shipped within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on the destination and courier service.

2. Local Pickup (Washington, D.C. Headquarters)

• Pickup Location: Amazon HQ, Washington, D.C.

• Pickup Policy: A 20% deposit is required at the time of reservation. The remaining 80% is payable at the time of pickup.

• Pickup Timeframe: Available for pickup within 2–3 business days after order confirmation. Specific appointment times will be arranged via customer service.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Available Area: Select regions within the United States where courier COD service is supported (please check with customer service for availability).

• Additional Fee: A 2% insurance fee is required for COD orders.

• Delivery Time: Estimated 3–7 business days, depending on location and payment confirmation.

4. International Delivery

• Availability: Select overseas regions only.

• Delivery Time: Refer to shipping instructions on the international product page. Times vary by destination and customs clearance.
