How to Obtain Balance
Earn balance through consignment and top-ups!

1. Cash Payment for Consignment:
   When choosing to receive payment via wallet balance, the funds from the consignment sale will be automatically credited to your member account.

2. Consignment Settlement:
   The consignment payment will be credited to your member account within 3 business days after the order is completed.

3. Top-up Balance:
   Balances from online or in-app top-ups are available immediately upon recharge.
